Following roles within vehicle finance companies, he co founded XLCR and now serves as Chief Executive, responsible for total operational & financial control as well as strategic planning, compliance & oversight, and legal affairs.

Excelling in sales and management roles throughout his career and specialising in business-to-business sales, his role as Managing Director at xlcr is to continually develop and push our Sales Teams to achieve excellence.

A first-class honours graduate, Stephen joined us in 2000 and has served in and helped develop almost every department within the business. With this knowledge, he is ideally suited to head our Technology & Special Projects Division.

Ryan joined xlcr in 2004 and brings a wealth of knowledge to overseeing our Service Delivery Team, who are responsible for producing and issuing finance documentation, vehicle delivery logistics and xlcr fleet management. In his spare time, Ryan enjoys spending time with his family, and, a keen sports fan, he also coaches a local junior football team.

Joining XLCR in 2011 Ben was originally responsible for ensuring the website content was kept up-to-date. Showing great promise Ben quickly progressed though the business and now is our Revenue Director.
Working as the direct link between our major national banks & finance houses and the suppliers, Ben is responsible for ensuring that the customer gets the best deal on the market.
Outside of work Ben volunteers at a local non-league football club.

Joining the company in 2001, Tracey has continually worked hard and progressed through the business. Today she heads up all things operational, including compliance, customer services, complaint resolution, ancillary product offerings, and human resources. In her (limited) spare time, Tracey enjoys spending time with her friends and family socialising.

Alex joined XLCR in June 2012 and is a Key member of our commercial van team.
Alex completed his studies at Edge hill University where he was awarded a 2:1 BA Hons in Physical Education and School Sport. Prior to university Alex played football out in the United States for a year, where he also studied in Psychology. Outside work Alex enjoys going to a gym on a regular basis as well as socialising with his friends.

Daniel joined xlcr in 2012 and brings with him a wealth of experience of both vehicle and finance industries, having previously worked for Citroen and as a Quantity Surveyor. A perfectionist by nature, Daniel is perfectly suited to handling all our Key Account requirements and ensuring the continued satisfaction of our customer base. In his spare time, Daniel likes spending time with his wife, Sarah and his three children Ollie, Rosie and Charlie.

Gary joined XLCR in 2017 with over 6 years of accounting and team leadership experience and has also completed the AAT accounting qualification. He is pro-active, hardworking, well organised and is keen to strive within the company, reporting directly to the CEO while undertaking several accounting duties. He enjoys watching football, going to the gym, and travelling to different places with his wife Hayley. Gary is very professional and sees XLCR as a job for life.

Mark has over 18 years' experience in the motor industry working in various sectors and has gained a vast wealth of knowledge. He now heads up our renewals department ensuring the team deliver a bespoke and professional service to every one of xlcr's customers. Out of work, he enjoys spending as much time as possible with his family, from walks in the countryside to travelling around the world.

Matthew has been with the company over 12 years progressing from Account Manager to Senior Account Manager to his current role of Sales Manager. Matthew oversees the day-to-day running of the Sales Team ensuring they give outstanding service to all our customers as well as making sure we have the best leasing deals in the market. Out of work, Matthew likes dining out with his wife and family and walking his dog (usually to the local pub).
